Larcinia
Following in the footsteps of her late grandfathers Reuben Phillips and Jesse Cooley, Larcinia devoted herself to working tirelessly toward helping others build their companies and fulfill their career goals. She knew the best way to do this was by making sure she was the best version of herself possible. So, immediately after obtaining a bachelor’s degree in 1997, she jumped into the workforce to gain as much experience as possible. Her goal was to get the widest view of not only different businesses but of people too. That’s exactly what she did.
None of it was a chore for her either. Every day was a new adventure. If you ask her, Larcinia will go on forever about the privilege it was to work in the telecommunications, engineering, social services, and government industries. Now, her intent is singular: To utilize her experience and grow Reuben Cooley Inc. into a source of assistance for its clients to fill their important positions and an avenue for its consultants to find their dream jobs.
When she’s not helping others—Which is very rare—she is somewhere outdoors. Nothing refocuses and centers Larcinia more than walking near rivers, reading a vast variety of books, and meditating.

I have over 12 years of experience as a staffing professional, working in Healthcare, Banking Engineering and IT industry and working with direct and MSP/VMS based clients. Currently working as Recruitment Head with Reuben Cooley Inc since 2021. Possess excellent knowledge of recruiting and hiring processes including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, tracking, salary negotiations, and closing. Holds a Bachelor of Science degree major in Information Technology.
I enjoy going on hikes, and planning for the next adventure with family and friends.

Danela Doci
Danela Doci serves as an Account Manager at Reuben Cooley Inc., where she plays a key role in building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality staffing solutions. Danela began her journey with the company in the Administrative Department, where she quickly demonstrated exceptional organizational skills, dedication, and a strong understanding of client support operations. Through her commitment and performance, she earned a well-deserved promotion to the Account Management team.
In her current role, Danela works closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and ensures a seamless experience throughout the recruitment process. She manages client accounts from initial engagement through successful placement, maintaining clear communication and delivering responsive support at every stage.
Danela specializes in helping organizations connect with highly qualified IT and technical professionals through staffing, staff augmentation, and permanent placement solutions. She is passionate about building long-term partnerships and takes pride in matching the right candidates with the right opportunities.
Her collaborative approach, attention to detail, and commitment to client success make her a valuable part of the Reuben Cooley team.
